The "Char-negie Melon"
Two fried CORN tortillas layered with refried black
beans and our cilantro rice. We added roasted yellow
bell peppers and a CHAR-grilled fiesta chicken on
the 2nd floor tortilla. This one is topped with a
waterMELON/mango salsa including fresh cucumbers and
a hint of jalapeno. Crumbled queso fresco and
pickled watermelon rinds is the finish. Served with
our Southwestern slaw on the side.
