This week's special starts with a steamed flour tortilla
loaded up with seasoned beef from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch, chorizo
from Holiday Sausage Company, roasted butternut squash, goat and
Monterey Jack cheeses. Then, we top it with a rich,
savory, sweet molé, diced onion, fresh cilantro, sour cream and
house made pickled corn. Served over rice and black beans
with a side of chips.
