"Butter Not Miss This One"
This week's special starts on two deep fried tostada shells topped with fresh spring mix and savory ground beef. Then we add a house made butternut squash and chickpea gravy, housed pickled carrots and broccoli and sunflower seeds. Finally, a drizzle of sour cream and arbol hot sauce. This one comes with a side of cilantro lime rice and sriracha refried beans.
