"Jig and Pig Tacos"
Dance a jig if we sweep this weekend and celebrate with some succulent pig! This week's special starts on two steamed flour taco shells loaded up with Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro lime rice and fresh spring mix. Then we add house pickled red onions and chili marinated pork. This one gets topped with tequila lime avocado cremá and house made hot sauce. Served with chips & slaw.
