This week's special starts on a steamed spinach tortilla, layered with creamy avocado, cilantro-lime rice, cumin black beans, and tangy pickled jalapenos. Next, we add braised pork shoulder, chili-roasted carrots, and rosemary-garlic potatoes. This one is finished off with sweet and tangy strawberry-rhubarb salsa.
