The“Bear Cat Burglar” Burger

This week’s burger starts out on garlic butter toasted Texas toast with sharp cheddar cheese melted on each slice. Next, we add a black Angus beef patty, grilled red onions, and pickled cherry peppers. We finish it off with homemade tomato jam. Served with house-fried tortilla chips!
