“Pineapply Ever After” Burrito

This week's special begins on a flour tortilla with melted Monterary jack cheese, cilantro-lime rice, and smoky black beans. We add pulled chicken thighs, chipotle-roasted sweet potatoes, blistered green chiles, and grilled pineapple. This one is finished off with pineapple-tomatillo salsa and served with house-fried tortilla chips.
