“Gravy, That’s How It Goes” Burrito

This week's special begins on a steamed flour tortilla with melted smoked Gouda, cilantro-lime rice, and savory Loubia (Moroccan stewed white beans). Next, we add your choice of protein, rosemary-garlic potatoes, blistered poblano peppers, and grilled red onions. This one is finished off with house-made tomato gravy and served with house-fried tortilla chips!
