The “Last Bit of Summer” Burrito

This week's special starts on a steamed jalapeno cheddar tortilla with melted Oaxaca cheese, Mexican-style rice, smokey black beans, and tangy pickled jalapenos. We add your choice of protein, flame-roasted corn, and grilled poblano peppers. We finish this one off with house-made chipotle crema and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips.
