“Jack and Cayenne” Burrito

This week's special is a little diddy that pays homage to peppers' versatility! It starts on a pepper cheese wrap steamed to perfection and is layered with melty cheddar cheese, cilantro-lime rice, achiote chipotle black beans, grilled pineapple, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, whipped avocado, and your choice of protein. All topped off with pepper jack queso and blue corn tortilla strips. Served with chips for cleanup!
