“It Takes 2 to Mango” Burrito

This week’s special starts out on a steamed flour tortilla. We add Monterey jack cheese, cilantro lime rice, cumin black beans, citrus-pickled red onions, and crunchy jicama. Next, we add your choice of protein, grilled pineapple, and fire-roasted green chiles. We finish it off with roasted mango-habanero salsa. Served with house-fried tortilla chips and slaw!
