“Chayote Trip” Tacos

This week's special starts with two 6-inch grilled taco shells with creamy avocado sauce smeared on each. We add a honey-sriracha slaw, blackened tilapia, and tangy pickled chayote. We finish it with cotija cheese and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips!
